Every complaints has to be written to make sure that all the necessary information is brought to the knowledge of the company and allows the procedure to be carried out effectively:
- a registered letter will be sent to the client, specifying the estimated duration of the processing of his complaint
- AISM undertakes to evaluate all claims in accordance with the principle of fairness and will formulate his reply as soon as his investigations are completed.
- Any complaint will be examined and treated in complete independence by the compliance officer, with professionalism and competence.
